Faiqa Qayyum Uppal
After completing my Master's in Fine Arts with distinction from Punjab University, Lahore, I embarked on a new chapter in 2007, moving to the UK to continue my practice while freelancing as an art tutor. Before relocating, I had a robust career spanning over 12 years as a lecturer in Fine Arts. Alongside my teaching career, I worked as a visualiser/designer in a software house, further honing my creative skills. Reflecting on the past 16 years, I note, The change in environment has influenced my artistic development, nurturing an interest in the excitement of dance and the beauty of the natural world."
